The Forsaken Universe(first try writing)

         My name is Alex Monroy. I am a fully trained veteran soldier of the UEI, or the Un-Earthly Intelligence for the people who will be watching this. We are apart of a secret organization stationed everywhere on this planet. We deal with things you would never believe were real: Aliens, ghosts, superhuman; Hell, even the old myths and legends you hear about everyday, all of them are just daily occurrences for us. However, the branch I'm in (the UEI) only deal with the Aliens.
         You may be wondering how we have been able to keep something this big a secret for this long, the explanation is quite simple really. First of all, this is a intergalactic organization spread throughout our universe (more on that later) which gives us access to a lot of stations out of the Earth's orbit. Secondly, each race involved with the organization have to be in a peace treaty with each other. While some of the races relations are a bit hard to get around still generally we are all happy to help each other if a situation gets really serious. This also means that a lot of the races share their technology with the less advanced ones like Humans; luckily, one of the main technical devices we have is a memory wiper which helps erase the events from the mind for us to create back-up stories, not that we would need to use it a lot, anyone would just think the victim went mad if they told everyone. They don't really let people know about the recruitment system, but if the organization doesn't tell you something it means you don't question it under any circumstances.
         The only reason I'm here is because of my family history, my ancestors have all had a power passed down in the genetics. The organization has certain ways of finding people with superpowers before anyone else does, but again they don't want you to know how. I was lucky enough to be born in here and brought up learning about the ways of the organization and how to control my powers because of my family being here since my ancestors were recruited. Others aren't so lucky; those who are found as a baby are ripped away from their family and brought up here without ever finding the truth, it's better that way. There are some who receive their powers later in their life, most we can help control and accept to help us, the ones who do not get executed instantly. The power I have is the ability to heat anything I choose up to tremendous temperatures. It's cooler then you would think.
         Now to the reason I'm doing this. Some people think that God created the universe and some think that the big bang did. They're both right. The truth is it isn't all just one universe, there are thousands of universes we have found so far. All but one is a alternate universe to another; Everything that happens in our universe has happened in every universe but different each time, these range from a gender swap to the destruction of a whole continent. The other one is kind of like a parallel universe: the one which holds all the mythical creatures: Griffins, Goblins, Dragons, any kind of creature you can imagine and that's on it's Earth alone. We have to avoid inter-universal travel at all cost, we're told it is far too dangerous to pull off.
         The thing is before the birth of all of these there was only one universe that was mostly lifeless and empty. We aren't told all the details about how life started back then but we do know that firstly God-like beings came into existence and started creating other races, the whole universe was more peaceful then this one could ever dream of being! You can probably tell what happened after, another detail we have lost is how something went terribly wrong and the universe suddenly got plunged into a endless, bitter war as quick as lightning strikes! As the technology advanced and the races became smarter they began picking sides or creating their own faction, many speculate by the end of the war ended up with nearly one hundred different sides! Planets were being obliterated, genocide clobbered the peace, death took over the air, even the galaxies looked like they were mentally traumatized to no end by this merciless bloodbath! Eventually the Gods decided they had to end it but could still not agree on how to even with all that was at the line, in the end it came to one of the gods sacrificing themselves to destroy the universe in turn for a new start, again, we unfortunately only have the basics of what happened here.
         Now I fear it is going to start again. There have been sightings of Aliens that share the exact same characteristics as the Alien that was reported to have started the war down to a T and the evidence for this has just been piling up. We don't know how they would of came back but we are researching ruthlessly to try and stop more of them coming. They are certainly one of the most evil things that have came into this universe from what sightings claim they have done and some evidence shows they are unbelievably intelligent. Aliens have started to believe these claims and have been losing care, exposing themselves to races that had no idea other life forms were out there, some even starting to do whatever they need to do to ensure their survival above the others.
         The Gods who some how survived kept watch of this universe and lived until the Humans were born before they died. As one final back-up the Gods transferred their souls into five families which was now blessed with the gift that ensured their family would live as long as the Gods needed, these families were bound to have to stay close enough to be able to get together closely in case of the war starting again . As each member gave birth they would travel into the newest born child, saving their energy until they knew they needed it. They themselves would die when they used up the energy to pass the powers to the destined but some of the knowledge on how to fight and survive would also make it into the person's brain. Many who believed this tale think that the Gods chose Earth for a specific reason but no one can answer why.
         The Aliens have come to Earth and are moving toward England at a worrying pace. We pinpointed one of the locations they are heading and in approximately two hours I am going to be sent to the same location the Aliens are headed; To what I fear will be my death. Five hours ago they sent us a video threat about the five being in danger of them, we started working to stop them at a break-neck pace but I fear we had already failed. I am going to upload this to the internet for one reason: to warn you. There is nothing I can do to stop this but you need to prepare yourself, you may call me mad or not believe me when I tell you this and I don't blame you, but at least you will understand what's going on when the war eventually does break out.
