There is a gang of hoodlums in my neighborhood. They have broken ten of my windows.
Now they essentially run in and out of my house at will. It's easy for them to do because they broke the window in my kitchen door completely out. I live on a limited income and do not have the resources to repair their destruction. I came home the other day to find my house trashed, my refrigerator spray painted, and my kitchen counter torn off and thrown in the living room. Last night one of them came in and threw water on me in bed, took nun-chucks and proceeded to smash my walls, broke window number 11, and tore my mail box down. Why do they do it? Because they know the police will let them! Well since the police can't control the kids the police can pay for the damage. Anybody know a good lawyer?
