Helping hand..

Not everyone's at ease, not everyone's at peace,
Deeply hurt inside, yet a wide smile for people to please,
never take smile for its face value, try to look beyond,
ask people how they are, they may not speak but their eyes respond,
sadness grows, if the feelings are not shared, not expressed,
today its them, tomorrow it can be you, never let someone be depressed,
Approach, insist and persist, make a difference,
be a remedy for someone in sufferance
