This mind still tries to forget my shameful past,
A past that consists of happiness and I never thought it would last.
Sorry for not protecting you since day one,
Now, I never know where you are, since you are gone.

I am not referring to somebody,
Because of my wrong decisions, I felt so ugly.
You are the one I knew when it all began,
Myself, I'm sorry, I know that is journey is not really fun.

Humans are really selfish but powerful,
They can give you memories that will forever be painful.
I am clueless to where I must go from now on,
The only thing that is left to me is the promises you've drawn.

Oh self, please come back to me, I miss you, really..
The countless days and loneliest nights made me even feel empty.
Resounding voices that kills me is stuck in my head,
If you won't come back, soon I'm gonna be dead.
