Sam Adams
Sought God
All his life

On a personal pilgrim’s progress
He knew that God existed
That heaven was real

And that someday
He would meet God
He had so many questions

One day
Sam fell asleep
While reading his bible

And had a vision
Of a celestial city
Hight in the sky

Shining bright
Filled with radiant love

Sam floated into the city
Met with God
Who told him

It was not yet his time
To go back to earth
And do good things

All will be revealed
When his time was up

Sam woke up
Found a note
