He was obsessed with proving that Lovecraft.
Was not writing fiction but fact

Sam was convinced
That the ancient Gods
especially Cthulhu
Really exist.

He tracks down
the fabled necromicron
And chants the chants
Opening the portal to other worlds.

He goes through and comes back
With a message
Cthulhu is coming
And humans would have to worship
Their new God

To much derision .

He was seen as a crank
Until the date arrived
When Cthulhu came back
Through the portal.
