From Distance to Lonely

Distance is like a dead road planted with thorns

growing twinkling tears — maya on empty petals

the orange intersection is like being swallowed by a storm — while spelling out the grains of longing that scatter without their owners.

We are like being coaxed into silence

silent speechless

like the sun disappearing in the clouds

and (we) are only a pair of lines whose direction is not found.
