IT IS LEGAL TO GET PAID--AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO GET PAID-- HOW TO CHOOSE WHAT'S LEGIT?
FOR MANY GOODS AND SERVICES THERE ARE PAYMENTS ATTACHED TO THEM. THOSE THAT ARE USED TO PAYMENTS MAY NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE OF AN ILLEGAL TRANSACTION OF A CERTAIN PAYMENT. THEY MAY HAVE TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO SORT OUT EXACTLY WHEN BRIBERY OCCURS. IT MAY NOT BE WELL DEFINED OF A DIFFERENCE IN THE BARGAINING GAME.

THIS IS HARD TO DEFINE: BRIBERY. THERE ARE REGULAR TRANSACTIONS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES PERFORMED. IS IT EXTRA CASH BEYOND THAT THAT IS THE PROBLEM? IS GIFTING A CRIME? HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GIFTING AND BRIBING? I SEE A PROBLEM HERE THAT IS NOT CRIMINAL IN A SENSE. WHY IS ABOVE AND BEYOND AN AGREEMENT ILLEGAL?

THERE IS FAIR BARGAINING AND FREE GIFTING. ARE ALL GIFTS BRIBES THEN? WHAT CRIME HAS OCCURRED HERE. I DON'T SEE ANY CRIME COMMITTED EXCEPT FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BLAME ANOTHER FOR SOMETHING THAT ISN'T A CRIME. I SEE NO CRIME IN GIFTING. WE ARE ALL BRIBED IN SOME SENSE OF BEING WHO WE ARE. AND, AN ADDED GIFT IS JUST CONSOLATION.

IT MAY BE UP TO AN ATTORNEY TO DECIDE WHAT IS LEGIT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO TAX PREPARATION TIME. BRIBERY ISN'T ACCOUNTED FOR BUT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED AS GIFT-GIVING WHICH IS ON A TAX FORM. BRIBERY HAS TO BE REDEFINED IN THE BUSINESS AND POLITICAL WORLDS. IT IS REALLY GIFTING WHICH IS ON A TAX FORM.

BRIBERY CAN'T BE BECAUSE IT IS NOT ACCOUNTED FOR ON A TAX FORM BUT GIFTING IS-- SO THERE. JUST USE DIFFERENT WORDING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY ON TAX DAY--
