A brief poem I made while walking along an AMAZING beach in Alaska |
| Endless tracks lie within these sands Of people long past who wandered these lands They searched for a purpose a goal to achieve But when nothing was found they were forced to leave Now the cliffs peer down never changing and grand And the sea looks up forever grasping at the sand They both gaze upon this well trodden land Countless stars in the sky covered by cloud The ever present moon shining through the shroud Both fly high above the world of man Witnessing the passing seasons span Now guided by their light I find the strength to stand Knowing that the worst is past and the best is at hand Now I walk upon this well trodden land End Give me some reviews where maybe you add onto the poem or improve it. I’d love to get some new ideas. |
