Key Facts: A Role family neighbour and matriarch of the Holt family, Autumn is a mother of three and the only Unaffected member of her family. She is one of Emily Role’s close friends, with the two in a mother’s group with Heather Bolton around their Micro sons.

Personality: Autumn is a loving and affection woman who cares deeply for her family and her friends. She is naturally clumsy however and is somewhat prone to mistakes, which isn’t helped by her refusing to wear her prescription glasses due to them itching. Always apologetic, it is difficult for most people to hold a grudge, but repeated incidents can cause her to get on people’s nerves, something which she is usually oblivious to.

Interaction with Tinies: Autumn is fond of all Reduced, including Tinies. She cares deeply for them and is protective, though sometimes unintentionally patronising. Her clumsiness and poor eyesight has led to a number of incidents in the past, both with her own family and others. She has a particular issue with not always being able to tell her own family apart from others, often relying on clothing colours when picking them up.

Relationship with Rachel: Autumn has known Rachel since she was a baby, and both are frequent visitors to each other’s homes due to Autumn’s friendship with Emily, and Rachel’s friendship with Autumn’s children. Autumn is something of an honorary aunt to Rachel, though there relationship has been punctuated by many squashing accidents.

Role: Rachel’s Friend / Genomic Profile: Micro Dollman

Key Facts: Dexter is Rachel’s oldest friend, with the two having known each other since infancy. He lives with his parents and his two brothers, including his twin Issac. Dexter works at Draganov Heavy Industries as a robotics engineer, and is deeply involved in the project to create Tiny-sized robotic suits to allow Micro to coexist easier alongside Tinies.

Personality: Dexter is a bookish young man, who enjoys getting lost in his work as well as in various novels. While mostly friendly and sociable, he does have a tendency to drift off into his own thoughts which can come across as dismissive. He also tends to get wholly absorbed in whatever he is currently working on, quickly loosing track of his surroundings.

Interaction with Unaffected: Due to his small size Dexter is way around Unaffected, and has experienced frequent accidents involving his mother from an early age. Even so, he is more outgoing that many Micros, and tries not to let his fear get the best of him. He joined Draganov Heavy Industries as part of a broader goal around helping both his fellow Micros and other Reduced to coexist alongside Unaffected and form a truly harmonious society.

Relationship with Rachel: Dexter and Rachel are close friends, and continue to hang out often, although Dexter is a little more dubious hanging out with Rachel when any of her Unaffected friends or family are also present. He often seeks assistance and protection from Rachel when in public, riding on the larger girl’s shoulder or similarly secured on or in her clothing. Rachel in return is fond of Dexter, with him being her closest male friend.

Key Facts: A Role family neighbour and matriarch of the Bolton family. A mother of two, Heather is a member of a mother’s group with Emily Role and Autumn Holt. She is also a volunteer for the Nightingale Collective, though primarily doing administrative work.

Personality: Affectionate and loving, Heather’s is nevertheless known for being overly-protective of her family in many respects. She considers it her role to protect her family no matter what, even when this goes against their own requests. At times she has tried to convince Emily and Autumn to share this mindset, though is usually disagreed with.

Interaction with Tinies: While Heather’s attentions are mostly focus on her own family, she is protective of Tinies and other Reduced in general, believing that they should be protected at all times and that it is dangerous to leave them unattended. If she sees a Tiny being mistreated she will act to save them, but when successful she will often seek to secure them on her own person for their safety rather than allowing them to move on.

Relationship with Rachel: Heather has known Rachel for years and is protective of her, though not to same extent as her own family. Their interactions are usually civil and on equal terms, but Rachel understands well that if she ever found herself in danger and was saved by Heather it may take a lot of convincing to escape the older woman’s body.


OLIVIA BOLTON

Key Facts: A Role family neighbour and Heather’s daughter. Olivia’s goal is to join the Guardianship Administration Agency, and she is pursuing a degree in social services for this purpose. Like her mother, she volunteers part-time for the Nightingale Collective.

Personality: Olivia strongly takes after her mother in regard to personality, being a friendly and loving person whose friendliness can be smothering on occasion. She is fiercely protective of friends and family but has difficulty opposing authority figures. Olivia is more easily swayed and open to change than her mother, for better or worse.

Interaction with Tinies: Olivia loves Tinies and other Reduced very much, and more than anything wants to find herself a Tiny or Micro partner whom she can smother with her love and affection. While she respects Tiny independence, she also believes that they are safest and happiest when being buried in the curves of a willing and loving woman. Were she to obtain her own partner, they may never be able to leave her side.

Relationship with Rachel: Rachel and Olivia have known each other for several years and have a friendly relationship. In her early teens Olivia considered Rachel a potential partner, though she respects her relationship with Dawn enough to direct her searching elsewhere. If she believed the feelings were mutual though, she’d quickly make a move. Rachel herself is unaware of Olivia’s potential feelings, and remains casual towards her.

Key Facts: A Role family neighbour, recently moved to the neighbourhood. Rose is a successful businesswoman running her own real estate agency, who met Adeline when she was looking for a new home. She chose the new house due to its excellent kitchen.

Personality: Rose possesses a great deal of self-confidence and drive to succeed. She can be ruthless when pursuing a sale or when otherwise after something that she wants but does genuinely care about her new family and is committed to making friends with her new neighbours. That said, she is consistently looking for an edge where possible.

Interaction with Tinies: For the most part Rose’s experiences with Tinies are as clients, in which case she treats them the same as she would any other client looking for a new home. Tinies which are not her clients are generally not worth her time or attention, but she wouldn’t go out of her way to bring them any harm and may assist where needed. She has recently begun seeking assistance from Emily in relation to how to discipline a Tiny, since she has found herself the step-mother of Adeline’s significantly unruly son.

Relationship with Rachel: Rose and Rachel have only had limited interactions, but Rose appreciates that Rachel is well-behaved and generally listens to her parents. She has considered asking Rachel to assist her in roll-playing for disciplining her step-son.

Key Facts: A Role family neighbour, recently moved to the neighbourhood. Adeline was a single mother before meeting Rose, and the couple bought their new home following their marriage. She is a baker by trade, selling treats online cooked in her own kitchen.

Personality: Adeline is a calm and demure woman who likes to be helpful to everyone that she meets. Unfortunately this also results in her having trouble standing up for herself and allowing others to push her around, which has caused issues in the past. Most notably she finds herself unable to discipline her son, despite their size difference.

Interaction with Tinies: Being a single mother of a Tiny, Adeline is protective of them to a fault, being essentially unable to take any action involving a Tiny without first obtaining their express permission. Although generally a positive trait, this does also result in her being unable to be firm with Tinies even when it is for their own safety or they are clearly in the wrong. She is working on being more assertive, but has had little success to date.

Relationship with Rachel: Adeline does not know Rachel well, but what interactions they have had have led her to think of Rachel as a polite and courteous young woman and someone she wishes her son would emulate. She once asked Rachel to speak with her son, but after he blew off the interaction she has decided not to pressure her again.

Key Facts: Valeria’s mother and the head of the Russel family. Olympia is the next-door neighbour of the Bailey family and a long-term friend of Eve Bailey, with the two having met during the Vixmite Invasion. She lives with her sister and daughter, and works in the marketing branch of Munchkin Cereal Co, where she has recently risen to section chief.

Personality: Olympia is a woman who sets extremely high-standards for everyone she encounters and expects them to be met. She does have a soft spot for her family and the Bailey family, who are given greater leeway, but otherwise she is unforgiving towards any form of perceived failure. She is generally antagonistic towards anyone approaching her family or the Bailey family, particularly anyone who is seeking to join either family.

Interaction with Tinies: Olympia is unwilling to lower her exacting standards for Tinies, inevitably finding them wanting, and dismissing them as worthless members of society. As far as Olympia is concerned this is an objective assessment and not discrimination, though she certainly won’t be losing any sleep over Tinies suffering due to her actions.

Relationship with Rachel: Olympia has stayed out of Rachel and Dawn’s relationship on Valeria’s request, and the two have only met briefly, never being alone together. She has a low opinion of Rachel and is increasingly tempted to interfere should Valeria not be up to the task of separating the two. Rachel has been warned not to approach her.

Penelope is a serving member of the UTC Armed Services and works on a deployment rotation, often spending several months or years off-world before returning to the family home. She has the rank of Warrant Officer, and her responsibilities include training new recruits when not on active deployment.

Personality: Penelope s a dedicated and loyal woman, who values her duty to protect others, and above all her family. Though her demeanour is gruff she has a good sense of humour and is generally more approachable and friendly than her sister. However she is also very loyal to Olympia and reluctant to do anything that would go against her sister.

Interaction with Tinies: Unlike her sister Penelope has no prejudice against Tinies, in part because she has served alongside them for years. She has experience with training Tiny recruits and has a good idea of how much abuse a Tiny can take without breaking, though would ordinarily never apply those skills outside of training. Unfortunately, Her loyalty to her sister and niece means she can be convinced to aid them in their actions.

Relationship with Rachel: Rachel and Penelope haven’t met as Penelope has only recently returned from an off-world deployment, and the two haven’t had the chance. Valeria speaks of her aunt often, so Rachel knows of her existence, but not much on her personality. Likewise, Valeria has mentioned Rachel to Penelope, but not in any detail.
