It's in the Bible

And in every book

Of whom was sent

By the Divine


Home of the Christ

Home of his church

Where lights of faith

On the universe shine


Land of the iris

And old olive trees

Land of the grapes

And divine wine


Refuge of peace

As by God's will

Will be forever

Called Palestine
