There are so many thought provoking moments that surround us in our everyday living. We absorb this information and our brains register these moments into different emotions. Everyone has a chance to make these moments memorable, either by writing them down or taking a photograph or any other way that makes them last past that particular moment in time. For me, I feel the need to breath in the world and exhale my feelings into deep breathes consisting of words. Writing is one of my forms of expression, of remembering, of letting go, of crying, laughing, of being in touch with the pain I feel.
