Making A Day Of It
Time marches on, and I'm trying to do my best to keep up with. I'm finally starting to feel better and I have more energy. I was told it takes 60 or more days to get the drugs out of my system and I probably have at least 40 more days to go. Something to look forward to!

We took a trip to Hobby Lobby today because my wife wanted to pick up different items, so I wondered around the store. I did my best not to get in her way and I definitely didn't want to make her feel rushed. I've learned over the years about trying to push her along. I'm the kind of shopper that goes in for the items I have on my list and then back out the door. I'm Not A Shopper and that doesn't sit well with my wife. When she wants to go shopping I tell to give our daughter a call and they can look all they want.

It was Taco Tuesday and we stopped on the way home at Bakers, they tasted good, it had been awhile since we couldn't go there. I was restricted from eating any food groups that came out of the ground because of the chance for bacteria. When we finished we stopped by Windy's and picked up 2 Chocolate Frosty's one large one small and took them home. I've found the small shake doesn't send my blood sugar climbing very much.

Since I'm felling better I decided to volunteer to be a liturgist at my church, I want to get more involved. I'm hoping to get involved in a Bible Study class also. I always feel at home in Church!

Life is Good - God is Great
