Just things that I think about now and then.

I have no "beef" with what a person identifies with in themselves, but on the subject of athletes, there is a basic biology. Men and women are built differently physically, and men are stronger physically than women. If a man wishes to identify as a woman, that is up to that person, and all that; you just cannot throw men and women into the same races, and expect equal results. This is just my opinion, and I'm not out to start an argument with anyone. I guess one way to "equalize" the equation, would be to not segregate mens' and womens' competitions? I'm at a loss on how to "fix" this question.

Now that I've stirred up a hornets nest *FacePalm* I would like to turn to another subject: my favorite flower. It is the yellow rose. I'm not sure when I decided on this flower, but it is my wish that one day my children have a yellow rose bush to remember me by. I don't care if it is in the yard, or in a pot. I guess I am weird that way.

You don't have to be smart in order to grow a garden, growing onions and garlic and ginger and spinach. Not only are these healthy for your body, gardening also helps relax your mind and focus on something other than work. I would definitely recommend it. You don't have to have a lot of land, as you can grow things in containers around your porch or back yard. You really don't have to schedule a lot of time for gardening either; just go with the flow, and make sure you water your plants and add amendments as needed.

I found the old television series Dynasty while channel surfing. It used to be a big deal on prime time, what? Forty years ago? Oh, what big hair, big shoulder pads and big furs that surround this crazy show. I get a chuckle out of the drama of once was big television back in the day. I honestly preferred "Dallas" and all of the "who shot JR" drama. LOL.
