BCoF - June 26th
Aging. My dad always says that it beats the "alternative". I'm not exactly sure that is true, but I'll take his word on it.

I've unintentionally have started a work out - going up and down the apartment stairs 3 times a day. My body wants to rebel against it, but I don't really have a choice, as I have to drop my son off to work, drop my daughter off to work in the afternoon, and then pick up my son in the early evening. Having only one car is a pain sometimes.

I have to get out of my comfort zone (my nest) at any rate, if I want to get back into any kind of shape. My mind might explode at the thought of it, though *Headbang* . Anyway, I will determine to make an honest go of getting active again. I do feel a little better, having started.

I may start using my walking staff and go for a bit of a walk around the apartment complex during the cooler time of day. My kids and I are moving to another apartment in a few weeks time. It will be a downstairs apartment, hence, trying to get a little more active before I don't have to climb the stairs anymore.

I wake a bit easier, and being a "domestic" in the house isn't so daunting. I guess I am grateful for the gentle push into being more active *Laugh* .

I have to remember to remind my son about the cancellation of Netflix. It doesn't matter to me if it is renewed or not, as I really want to get away from the TV more. Also, I was wondering - would it be wrong to plagiarize a book, if one were going to basically gut it, and rewrite it? Asking for a friend. LOL.
