44 degrees at 9:06. I was up at 6 and took a photo of the red clouds over Mount Jumbo. Went back to bed and just got up. I mostly rested last night rather than slept.

*Cool*? I was never cool.

Blogging was cool here around 2007... then it wasn't and still isn't. Fashion in poetry comes and goes.

Making fun of people was considered cool by many back in the 50s. It became uncool until about 5 years ago when it became the fashion. I'll be glad when that fad disappears.

We think we go around the sun but we actually spiral around the center of the galaxy in its wake.

Nothing ever goes back to the way it was.

A Poll About Winning That Might Seem Like it Turns Into Losing
#2250221 by ♥Hooves♥

In answer to Hooves' poll:

"Glad you turned it into a poll... and a humorous one at times. I didn't answer because I don't think I've quite been in this situation; however, I have had promises made to me that were never kept. I tend to mope, go to my corner of the pasture and moo a lament.

That said... I can moo for years. I'm avoidant and hyper-sensitive. And I tend to turn things inward."

61 pleasant degrees at 1:44.

The new intersection is being worked on today. I'll be glad when it's done. I'll be even happier when they finally put up all the railings so we can walk across the bridge. It's a great place for taking photos of the sunset, watch the heron, ducks, geese, swallows, kayakers, surfers, paddlers, deer, beavers...

Sunset is 9:00 pm. It's 5:15, still 61 degrees and I'm fading. *Sad*

I napped. It may not have been a great idea to eat a whole can of onion chili with beans. Good thing I live alone... the gas.

48 degrees at 10:30 p.m.
