Change

It's hard to name my favorite season.
Whether Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall,
each brings joy for their own unique reason.
Cool deep sleep, smiling daffodils, sun-kissed skin,
and a golden harvest, blessed moments true to all.
Excitement builds as each cycle begins.

I delight in every nuance change brings
The crystal stillness, another repeat,
gives way to an eruption of crisp springs
of color, fairy blossoms dance with new life,
then to the beach to escape the heat.
too soon leaves turn, falling without strife.

It's hard to name my favorite season,
