Jesum Talley...it's a madhouse

I just got back from town. Yes, I'm a bit country and I "go to town." Gas stations are running out of gas. No jugs or bottled water to be found. Out of tuna, chili, gatorade, spegetti O's, toilet paper, paper plates, paper towels, matches and tons of other items that were normally shelved on isles I didn't go down. There weren't any buggies around. If you want a buggy you have to stalk somebody as they walk to their car and wait until they unload and hope there ain't no knock down, drag out fist fight for the fucking thing. I offered to help a lady unload her groceries if I could have her buggy.

For the most part....folks are still friendly as ever. There are miles and miles and miles of cars coming from Houston and traffic is extremely slow going.

I know this journal entry is boring but sorry, it's all I got. I'm off to bed... Steph had a dr.'s appt at 8:30 a.m in Austin tomorrow. We are planning for a 3 hour drive to go about 40 miles. Life's a bitch, ain't it?
