Revised Consideration
Apparently the United Arab Emerates are one of America's strongest allies in the war on terror, and are safe to have running the ports. They will not be in charge of security, and the company is apparently very efficient at port managment. We'll have to see where this one goes, and whether or not more has been made out this story than needed to be.
