A Walk In The Park Just Before Dark

I walk through the park
The hour before dark
Up high a rainbow coloured sky
This beauty I see with my naked eye
The stillness of the trees far and beyond
Their reflections rest on a golden pond
There's only the sound of the birds in song
And I savour this moment before it's gone
As I walk through the park
In the golden hour just before dark.
