Nature Walks
Prompt: Joy read that nature walks are good for your brain. Do you agree?

I think fresh air clears the sinuses and puts you in a better mood. I agree. I don't take nature walks very often. My cat Tigger is buried at the end of the yard by the corn field and I walk to go out to her grave. We have nice green grass and two small trees growing. This is part of nature. I think a good nature walk helps you think and makes one feels better.
