Is that constitutional?

"Is that constitutional? " 

Looking back if I could have memorized anything in school it would have been the U. S. Constitution. no other document has been as important as that one with the exception of the Bible. The constitution protects our way of life and is often used as the blueprint for other constitutions throughout the world. It has made more of an impact on the world than just about any other document yet most of us have never read it completely through and few of us know the words to the Preamble. So I would have memorized the constitution.
