"Commas" 

Writing Classroom Prompt January 6, 2017 - For the last day of the work week we are going to discuss a subject that I often have some problems with myself, those pesky little punctuation marks known as commas. Write three sentences in which commas are used. Make one of the sentences a sentence with a list of three or more objects.

Bill, Tom, and Carol were sitting on the sofa.

The cat was chasing the mouse, which had tried to steal some food.

"I'm okay," the man said after tripping.
