burnt out

I do not feel like writing as of now. I did two anniversary reviews and I entered a poetry contest. There was another poetry contest but only runs quarterly. The next round will be in June. I was thinking of entering the WDC character contest, but fleshing out personalities is not a strong point.
My mom and I are making the final preparations for the trip to Denver. We have two big suitcases. I was talking to my bro on the phone and he was asking what kind of beverages I like and what I eat for breakfast. I like sweetened green tea of any flavor but if it is diet.
My mom is getting her pain shot tomorrow. We leave in three days. Jim will have to be alone with the dogs, including the super scared barker, Merlin. I’m not sure how Jim will cope with the little guy. Oh well, it is what it is.
Today is Mother’s Day. I got my mom a rose because I did not have the cash for a card. I could have taken money out but I do not want to keep doing that. I texted Gio and Ann about Mother’s Day. Ann got back to me and said “Thanks. You too.” Then I asked her if she was doing anything for her mom-she hasn’t gotten back to me. Typical. I’d love to be better friends with her but she is very rude and won’t give me a chance.
I believe Chad is at work. He asked for today off. It looks like he did not get it.
After this I’m taking a shower. I’m burnt out on WdC. When we get back I will enter the Give it100 contest. My challenge will be to review at least two times a day.
I’m still hoping I win the Three Prompts. My opponent did a good story.
My mom and I are still watching Korra. She’s been watching it without me. She said she will re-watch the ones I’ve missed.
My friend Ricky loves SpongeBob. I think that show is okay. Chad loves it too. I think Nickelodeon is on a downside. I have not seen any shows made by them in a long time. I don’t know what channel it is on.
Well, I need to shower. Until tomorrow.
