Hello Bruce. , congratulations on becoming a moderator. My Thoughts: The poem follows the quatrain form using rhymed couplets in each stanza. The first stanza establishes the setting, mood, and plot of the poem. The rhythm and rhyming words compliment each other. The rhythm moves the plot and emotions of longing forward at a good pace. My Favorite Part: The last stanza is my favorite because it climaxes the plot with a happy ending. I also like this line, He told her that he had to go, to engage the foe, because of the internal rhyme on go and foe. My Suggestions: Because I encountered no distractions, I have no suggestions. Write On!!
