Your first thing to learn when writing online, leave plenty of spaces. This makes it far easier to read.

You have the bones of something good here. If you split it into paragraphs, you can then see where you are going. You have the description of Cingsley Street which moves into the piece about the haunted house. Then you have the history of the house, finishing with the story of the little girl who died there. Four paragraphs you can then work on.

Contests are a good place to learn and to meet people. It is how I started nine years ago.
