I'm so glad it's your account anniversary tomorrow, and I got to read this poem!

It's a beautiful theme for a poem. The title, brief description and genres work. The note at the beginning brought a smile to my face. Is it on purpose that there are no capital letters in the note, by the way? It looks like a style choice and I like it.

These days when I watch televised sports-matches, I feel sad to see the casual way in which the players and the spectators behave during the national anthem. I think it is something to be ceremonious and formal about. I'm so glad that the national anthem gives rise to uplifting emotions in you. Thank you for writing about it.

The poem flows well. The rhyme scheme and verse structure give power to the simple words. You take us through from the singing of the anthem to the end of the match and how the feelings remain within you.
