It's brilliant poetry that is related to our career.
We are indeed very much concerned about careers which help to build our professional life. That willingness makes us successful.
But, after a certain period, we become tired. When we feel it too much, we should go for a short break. Wise people do that. After a few days, they may return with their full energy.
If that person doesn't adopt that policy, what will happen then? That person will feel bored and even their career will end soon.
Some correct advice is in this poem.
Keep writing.
