From a writing point of view, this piece needs some work. You have to fix all of your contractions. Can't, don't, etc.
There are also two sentences that are repetitive and could be consolidated.

you tell me that your phone died which is reasonable but you could've avoided that if you had charged your phone. Your excuses and reasons for why you dont answer are valid, but they could've been avoided

Although the phrase "actions speak louder than words" shows up twice, I find the repetition of that one to make sense as it really drives your point home.
