Herald is quite the adventuresome explorer. I liked his personality and that he wanted to make certain the animals were ok. Children learn by example and imitate what they see and hear so I'm happy Harold had a good example about how to properly work with animals.

It was nice to read about the doctor who was willing to explain to Harold about hearts and have a calm and patient attitude to answer Herald's many questions.

I found no errors to take me out of your story. Your words showed me details of the scene, helped me to know the characters, and I was easily able to imagine everything. I'm very glad everything worked out well for everyone including the animals.
