Well now, this is indeed an ars poetica, or to put it another way poetry with a capital 'P'

I am not sure that I properly comprehend what it is about, though there is plenty to ponder upon, and draw tentative conclusions with. none of that matters though, because what does is the way you have used language. Your fascinating, beautiful and intricate lines sound wonderful when read aloud. If I say this reminds me a little of some of Dylan Thomas' works, please understand that i think Dylan one of the finest poets - so I mean no insult, quite the contrary.

To think I never knew that there were horrors associated with common hazel - a very intriguing line.
