What is the song of a fire?
CRACKLE...Crackle...crackle...POP!
The warmth of the fire thaws your bones.
Red, orange and blue flames
Dancing on a log like a leaping ballet
Engulfing the piece of earth
Consuming it
Creating thick suffocating smoke.
Slowly...slowly
Reducing it
To nothing but black and gray smoggy ashes.
CRACKLE...Crackle...crackle...POP!
