emotions we all go through
I close my eyes
and sink into the depth
Memories surround me
I see all the tears i've wept

The laughter and the heartache
the loneliness and shame
The joy and the sorrow
the happiness and pain

The giving and the taking
and all that tender care
The harassing and the teasing
the taking of a dare

The love and the hatred
or the feeling I should quit
Are just a few emotions
My life will not forget
