it describes when dogs tail are been cut off, it's hard to express themselves to humans
dogs tail

did you hear about the dog who lost its tail,
he no longer could express his feelings.
sad as he became, and when his happy no one could tell because he lost his tail. no one ever cared about the dog who lost its tail
