Pre story to some up coming RP and more.
As the distant sky was tainted red with the setting of the sun, she sat watching off in the distance towards the portal. Her eyes glazed over as if not really seeing anything and in a trance of some sort. A small shiver went up her spine as a breeze blew around her.

"Myvanor."

She closed her eyes a moment tightly, before opening them slowly. The gazed look remaining as she wiped the hair from her face.

"Yes, teacher?"

"It is time for you to aid us again."

"And how do you wish for me to aid you? Isn't there someone else who could perhaps do it?"

"No, there is not. We wish for you to travel through the Dark Portal, and aid the other's in the battle against the Legion."

Closing her eyes tightly again, she let out a small sigh. "I can not. I am sorry."

"What do you mean you can not? You will and you must!"

"Why me? I am content where I am at right now. I have someone who needs me here. I have already been asked to go there, and I passed just as I am now."

"Myvanor, you are a talented individual. You have been having nightmares, have you not? Do you realize these are part of the growing you are doing? Use them wisely to help aid where you are needed. You are needed. Don't you see this?"

"I am needed by the one that loves me, and wants to take care of me. He does not wish to go, and I wish to remain with him. I have dreams and he shares these dreams. Please, find someone else."

"There is no one else. The Legion grows stronger each day, and we need everyone to help defeat them. Bring him with you. I am sure his aid would be welcomed as well."

"No, he claims he is too old, and perhaps he is. I would fear something happening to him. We already denied a friend who asked us." Her eyes opened slowly as she thought of her friend who was possibly being put into danger.

"Myvanor, you wish for a family and children, correct?"

"I do. I wish to live in peace with them as well. Without worry of them living without."

"You will not be able to have that dream if the Legion is left to destroy all that gets in their path. Your dreams will be just dreams if you do not stand up to them. Do you want that?"

Her eyes glazed over, turning a sudden black. Her fists clenching at her sides and her face showing no emotion. "No." She replied firmly, with no emotion in her voice.

"Then you know what you must do."

The wind suddenly stopped, but a shiver ran up her spine again. She shook her head slowly as the conversation ran through her head. With a long sigh, she stood up slowly and walked towards the gryphon's.

"A small look around won't hurt at least, and when I see I am not needed, I can return to his arms safely and we can have our dreams."
