Possible movie story

The story goes on with police officers searching for the man who killed Ralph, the mafia leader's son. The police find a calendar and in each day there is a name. The person in that name dies. Will lives with his wife and kid in Brooklyn where the mafia reigns. Will feels that he should move. Later it is revealed throughout short flashbacks that Will suffers from AIDS and the calendar signifies the amount of time till he dies. The rest of the movie is about how Will kills the mafia and why he choses to do so. It is going to be very intense. Also the quote "If you are going to die why fear death"
