A poem I wrote in yet another class
i am a girl
i wonder if they know
i hear them talk
i see them stare
i am a girl
i pretend not to notice
i feel empty
i touch the bullet
i worry im losing it
i cry to hear my voice
i am a girl
i understand im loved here
i say my prayers
i dream of heaven's sun
i try to hold on
i hope they miss me when im gone
i am a girl
