She forgot how to dream. She wants her dreams back.
I forgot how to dream. Did you? I did.

I went on with my life, did exactly what other people wanted me to do, what my parents wanted me to do, and I forgot how to dream.

I forgot how to dream the dreams of little girls and young ladies. The kind of dreams that makes you smile, makes you look up into the sky and dream some more. The kind of dreams that is filled with innocence. The kind that you follow with "forevermore."

I forgot that they included Prince Charming, white horses, fame and fortune. I forgot that your dreams were meant to be yours, only yours. I forgot that they mattered. If you wanted them bad enough, then it mattered. I forgot that dreams make up your future, you created them in your past.

But most of all, I forgot the feeling. I forgot how you were supposed to feel when you dream. I forgot the feeling of hope, the feeling of tomorrow. I forgot the elation, the future.

I just forgot.

I want to remember. My dreams. I want to remember what they were. I want to remember why I made those dreams. I want to feel the hope. I want the innocence that goes with it. I want them for myself. I want back.
