Sometimes there are bad days
As time goes by
All wounds will heal
But while it does
Such pain I feel

Where is the peace
That held me tight
Where is the warmth
Of love's soft light

Above the clouds
My eyes can't see
Beyond the hills
My thoughts won't fllee

I simply wait
As hours pass
And ponder deep
The happy past
