Just me thinking, turned into one of my favourite poems. Let me know what you think.
When you look back on the memories

You’ve shared with the people you love

You never think about what could have made them better.

It would ruin it all together.

I do.

I don’t try to,

But sometimes I think that

Life is just a series of questions

And if we don’t ask them we may just lose the answers.

I know that life isn’t about finding the answers,

It’s about finding yourself.

But what if those answers lead me to find myself?

What if the answers are the key to my destiny?

I have reached this conclusion,

There are no answers.

There are only questions.

But now that I know this

Why do I still ask?

Why do I keep asking the same questions?

When I know that there are no answers waiting for me.

I complicate the easy things

I simplify the hard.

I don't understand anymore.

What is love?

What is life?

What is normal?

What is right?

You see there are no answers.

You keep looking for them

You won't find them though.

I have learned this,

Yet I still don't understand.
