A poem about how you feel when your loved one leaves you.
Sometimes I feel too unknown
Like I’m stuck on the endless wheel
And you decided to leave me alone,
But I shouldn’t have to deal.

Sometimes I feel too small
Like I’m in a mile long race
And you’re at the end, much too tall
That I can’t even see your face.

Sometimes I feel too cold
Like I’m in the wind in winter.
Without your warm hands to hold
I might freeze like this forever.

Sometimes I feel too full
Like I’ve eaten a hundred bees
And they sting until I’m dull.
Without your voice the pain won’t ease.

Sometimes I feel too much
Your eyes not searching for mine
Like I’m a ghost you’ll never touch.
It only gets harder with time.
