This is about suicide, acting out to get attention
Feeling lifeless and lost,
you've nowhere to go,
handgun in the dresser,
or a blade at the throat;
A little bit of blood,
yet you decided to stop,
worried of getting caught,
or attention to put you on top;
Knowing that you'll try again,
because your hopes will soon descend,
it will happen for sure one day,
don't forget this isn't pretend
