Thoughts during a panic attack
My mind is foggy
Thoughts scattered
My lungs are stuck
Gasping for air
My heart beats frantic
Fear tingles down my spine
My vision sharpens
I choke on the needles in my throat
Hello anxiety my old friend
Please wreck havoc on my being
I will build it up again
Once your destruction ends
