Anthro androids serve humans in the distant future.

The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
By the year 2100, advanced robotic servants had become the norm in most countries on Earth. Most households have at least one, with the more wealthy having multiple. These androids had been created in the likeness of humanoid animals, or anthros, to help differentiate them from humans.

The original models were somewhat crude, looking more like animatronic set pieces from some cheap amusement park. But now technology has advanced to where they seem as though they were actual bipedal animals.

The year is now 2157, and these Anidroids, as they are commonly called, are used for everything from household chores, to companions, and yes, even entertainment.

Of course, to prevent any possible dangers to Anidroid owners, they are all programmed with the same basic directives. Obey any order given by their designated owners, never allow their owner or their owner's loved ones to come to harm, and protect their owner's property at all costs.

Of course, there are a small percentage of human beings that don't trust, or even out right despise Anidroids. This could range in reason from they were replaced in their job by one, or just because of the fact that they're just plain not even human.

Whatever the case, this is the world of the future. Whether you're human or otherwise, you can only live in it and try to get by.
