A little sonnet I cooked up.
Sat in darkness, all alone
I can only think of fear
My rotten secrets all but shown
Only now can I see it clear

This trap is of my own design
I've placed myself here long ago
And now I know this fate is mine
Alas, this is how I know

Fate is cruel to those who run
Cast against the rocky face
But to those who fate does shun
Light again will them grace

You need only do what you can
And that will be, what makes a man
