This poem is about me, and my choices, and my silence.
My goals for life, are not
what they seem.
They are so much larger, than
you would dream.
Since I know your mind, cannot
think as free.
I hide them inside, fearing you
would belittle me.
You, perhaps, would not think this
poem worth much.
And laugh, instead of seeing with
a gentle touch.
