forgiveness can be both pain and pleasure
The clear droplets poured heavily
Cleansing the once desiccated desert
Onto the land wasted by calamity
Washing away the unforgettable dirt

Clearly reacting to the mishap
I stride to the side of the revealing
Thoughts forcefully overlap
Obstructing the view to forgiving

Relentless memories caught me
Replacing moments carried by time
Unable to relive my fantasy
Shrouded by the acts of my crime

Constant pain and contusion
Let alone can one atone for his sins
To break away from this confusion
Must I forgive myself before it begins
