Short poem writen in my home state.
Black Crater

Now breathing in through nose and out through mouth
Now using Dan-Tien to increase concentration
Now flexing fingers, never fixing eyes
Now feeling mountain, now feeling the sun
A hike and pilgrimage to the temple tower and top of crag, rock, crater of Sister views and salami sandwiches, blowing wind and roma tomatoes.
Beds in the scree, wrapping my existence around this mountain
like an ant I must seem to the clouds
Now laying with lover in shelter of trees
Now filling on fluids
A date in the altitudes of Mackenzie Pass.
So young a relationship, so much to learn
Now starting down as clouds threaten
Now saying stupid nothings to future wife
Now buying ice cream for a crying woman
Now eating both cones
A tough quest to win the heart of a princess who keeps it in a tower guarded by tears and threats
Now returning home and telling secrets
Now breaking hearts and burning bridges
Now mending hearts and dowsing flames
A lucky man am I for I seem to have the hand of an angel.
We are the gardeners in the same Eden of love.
