Our Late Papa taught me this Recipe when I was a teenager. His guests love it
FISH SALAD

I kilo white meat fish
Tuna will do or any fish with white meat
Clean and slices already into bite size
Put in a Large Bowl

Add on 1/ 2 cup vinegar
Mix well
Add the following ;
Sliced tomatoes 3 pcs.
Sliced 1 pc Round Onions
Thinly sliced ginger without skin about one fourth cup
I cucumber peeled and sliced bite size
3 pieces hot chili sliced
Used chili sauce if you don't have chili fruit 2 tablespoon or as desired some may not like it too spicy
1/2 cup coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients properly
Then squeeze in small lemon we called Calamansi
Garnish with slice tomatoes or sliced Calamansi
Refrigerate. For 30 minutes before serving

See to it that this salad be eaten right away.,.
Do not serve it a day after making it..

Serve it with Boiled Rice or Boiled unripe bananas or
Boiled Sweet potato
Our Papa served cold beer to his guests after meals.

You may use anchovies too all you have to do is remove the head of the anchovies and use the same procedure or ingredients..

I prefer eating it with Boiled Sweet Potatoes...

Enjoy..
