Mist
I had anger in my heart
And that went to my eye
My retaina got detected
Pushed by tears of rage I did not cry

Now there is a mist
Forever seeing the world through fog
That is what anger did
Clouding every thought

Don't let negative feelings
Rule you all the time
Happiness is a choice you know
And gratitude is sublime
